Welcome to the TriFactor Triathlon Club website. If you're on this page you're probably curious about triathlon, or looking for a club to train with.
Trifactor is a Winnipeg-based group of 55+ members from various walks of life, with different levels of commitment, experience and goals. Our aim is to collectively create an environment that welcomes athletes of all levels. We enjoy our workouts and testing our limits at race time, but we always have a good time on the social end too. OUTSIDE!
Spring has sprung! Our Spring (outdoor!!) training schedule begins the week of April 2nd, and runs through the end of June!
Our Spring workouts consist of: Tuesday evening, 6:30pm: Interval bike interval bike session, starting from the corner of Roblin Blvd and the perimeter Highway. **This workout will be modified during the Birds Hill Park Duathlon series in May. Thursday evening, 6:30pm: Interval run session, either at Grant Park track or Empress Hill Saturday morning 9:00am: Long Bike and Brick Run workout, at Birds Hill Park. Sunday morning, 9:00am: Long Run, at the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond If you’d like more info on our workouts, please go to the Workouts tab. New and prospective members are encouraged to attend, however, you must RSVP so that we can expect you.
